Our mission
Shenmen is a B&B with apartment, located in the heart of France in a beautiful spot in the Allier, a soft hilly landscape in the department Auvergne.
We welcome couples, singles, families without or with children (from 7 years old), groups of friends... who come on holiday and consciously choose peace and being in nature, caring for healthy food based on organic products. As not everyone is at ease with dogs, we do not accept pets. Besides the peace and quiet at home, you can make the holiday as sporty as you like. (Check out activities at home/in the area...)
We also organise regular workshops (Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Kung,... ) where the main focus is rest, re-energisation and vitality.

Cooking is an ‘act of love’, it makes people happy, brings people together, forges friendships and
helps determine the conviviality of the moment.
I love making my guests happy by cooking for them. Meals that are tasty, but also healthy, because in our kitchen these two always go hand in hand.
