OUR KITCHEN Pure food and healthy homegrown
Our vision on cooking
When we feed our bodies with the right things, we feel good, have lots of energy and don't suffer from ailments and mice. It is a philosophy whose magic I have personally experienced first-hand, and which I like to pass on to my guests.
Healthy eating naturally starts with healthy ingredients: sun-ripened fruit and vegetables full of
nutrients from our own garden, organic ingredients, fresh preparations, ...
However, I like to go a step further by integrating my knowledge of polarity theory (yin-yang) and other nutritional teachings so that meals are balanced and optimally digestible.

What to expect?
Breakfast consists of homemade bread, organic cheeses and yogurt, various mueslis, nuts, seeds, fruit, homemade jams, eggs, pancakes, smoothies, and the occasional miso soup or oatmeal for those who love it or an ‘inspiration of the day’.
Dinner, varies according to the season. Here is a small sample of the countless possibilities: Chili
sin/con carne with wraps, fresh crunchy lettuce and homemade humus, a Thai curry packed with fresh vegetables, delicious vegetable lasagne with various salads, pumpkin falafel with vegetable stew, caponata salad with summer vegetables, oven-roasted vegetables accompanied by other delicacies, quinoa salad with lime and mint, blinis with goat's cheese, various pastas with homemade pesto,.... and my inspiration is far from running out...

If we feed our bodies with the right things, we feel good, have lots of energy and don't suffer from ailments and mice. A challenge, an invitation for everyone looking for balanced and healthy food!
